Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day 2026 Events

BRA Day provides an opportunity for Mid-South Transplant Foundation to partner with the American Cancer Society to promote both Breast Cancer Awareness and Tissue Donation Awareness throughout our community. As many know, BRA Day stands for Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day. Each year, MSTF hosts a community event featuring a bra decorating contest, breast cancer trivia, educational resources, opportunities to connect with local organizations, and photos with the iconic Pink Chair in support of breast cancer awareness and reconstruction education. In previous years, we have been proud to partner with organizations including West Cancer Center, Baptist Women's Hospital, West Fraser, local restaurants, and other community supporters. This year, our goal is to expand the event by welcoming even more organizations whose missions, services, or products support individuals affected by breast cancer. By bringing together a diverse group of community partners, we hope to provide attendees with meaningful connections, valuable resources, and increased awareness of the support available before, during, and after a breast cancer diagnosis. This year's event will be held on Friday, October 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mid-South Transplant Foundation, 8001 Centerview Parkway, Cordova, TN 38108. We invite community organizations, healthcare providers, businesses, and nonprofits to join us by hosting an informational table or booth. Partners are encouraged to bring educational materials, promotional items, retail products, giveaways, food, or beverages to help create an engaging experience for attendees while showcasing the valuable services and resources available throughout our community.
