Breast Reconstruction Surgery Public Awareness Grants
The Plastic Surgery Foundation (PSF) is committed to supporting organizations that focus on increasing breast reconstruction surgery awareness and education to women and their family members. Through The PSF's Breast Reconstruction Awareness Fund, The PSF awards a limited number of Breast Reconstruction Surgery Public Awareness Grants to U.S. based, tax-exempt public 501(c)(3) charities that have demonstrated a commitment to increasing the awareness of breast reconstruction surgery.
Deadline and Guideline Information
Breast Reconstruction Surgery Public Awareness Grant applications for the 2013 grant cycle will be accepted from March 15 through May 15, 2013. All applications must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 15, 2013. Announcements of grant awards will be made by June 15, 2013.
Breast Reconstruction Public Awareness Grants, up to $10,000, are awarded to U.S. based tax-exempt public 501(c)(3) charities with a demonstrated commitment to developing and implementing projects and programs for the purpose of raising the awareness of breast reconstruction surgery options in the community. Upon approval of grant funding, funds will be dispersed according to the agreed upon Breast Reconstruction Public Awareness Grant Agreement.
Grants will be awarded for the period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014.
