International Visiting Professors

The purpose of the International Visiting Professors program is to engage existing international members and residents within ASPS Global Partner countries and provide a meaningful exchange of information, knowledge and interaction between members and the visiting expert. The International Visiting Professors instruct plastic surgery residents and trainees using their clinical, technical and educational expertise.

Plastic surgery training programs take advantage of the wealth of knowledge and innovative perspectives on plastic surgery represented by the International Visiting Professors.

Requirements

The PSF International Visiting Professor's host must be outside of the United States, and the institution must be an accredited program from an ASPS MOU partner. Generally, the virtual visits are:

  • One (up to two) lecture(s)
  • Centered around residents/residency programs
