After careful consideration, the ASPS/PSF Board of Directors has made the decision to sunset the TOPS and GRAFT registries. Data collection for TOPS and GRAFT will permanently end on December 31, 2026. You will still be able to run reports and download your registry data until February 26, 2027. Tracking Operations and Outcomes for Plastic Surgeons (TOPS) is a national database launched in 2002 and is accessible for free to all ASPS members and candidates for membership who practice in the United States. Participation is voluntary, but all ASPS members and candidates for membership are encouraged to participate in the TOPS program.
TOPS is the largest aggregation of plastic surgery data assembled and includes nearly 2 million plastic surgery procedures and outcomes. TOPS provides easily accessible data that can facilitate practice improvement and quality of patient care in individual practices.
