Directed Honoraria

Planned Giving

Make an estate or planned gift. Many ASPS members have demonstrated their commitment to the future of plastic surgery by becoming members of the Maliniac Circle or by including The PSF or NEPS in their wills and estate plans. A well thought out planned gift can bring significant benefits to you as well as give you the opportunity to give back to the medical specialty that means so much to you. Through a planned gift, you also may be able to make a much larger gift than you thought possible.

What To Give

Cash: A gift of cash is a simple and easy way for you to make a gift. All cash donations receive a charitable tax deduction upon donations and in an annual statement downloadable via your ASPS Membership page.

Retirement Assets: Some retirement assets require distribution when you reach the age of 70 ½. Contributing those assets to The PSF can reduce your taxable income.

Stocks and Bonds: Donating securities, such as stocks or bonds, is a tax efficient method of giving. Gifts of appreciated securities, can reduce or avoid capital gains tax.

Real Estate: A donation of property can make a great gift. If you own appreciated property, you can avoid paying capital gains tax by donating it to The PSF.
